ID query, Syrphidae?

Bandung, Indonesia. Alongside paddy fields and stream. 2012.

At first I thought this was a wasp, but the antennae and haltera fixed that.

Can anyone help me with an identification please.

With the long antennae I am inclined towards Ceriana or something closely related...
