 Hello, I think this Dolichopodidae belongs to the genus Argyra (Absence of subapical seta on femur 3, subapical aristas). Its appearance suggests Argyra perplexa. What do you think please?
I have more pictures if it is useful.

Location : Pyrénées-Orientales (France), size 6 - 7 mm, altitude 56 m.
