September 2007, in my garden, Zaragoza, Aragon, Spain, 200 meters, contionenta-mediterranean, urban zone, un flowers of Aloysia triphylla, size: 6-7 mm.![]() ![]() ![]() Can be the species recognizable? Thanks ![]() Regards |

It is somewhat of the Megachile pilidens/apicalis group (see both white hairy spots on last tergite), but not possible to ID. Megachile in the South is not yet revised, and nobody for the moment is able to identify them. A former specialist, V.D. Zanden, passed away some years ago. Regards, Christian |
