Platypezidae (Protoclythia?) male and female

Early November, in my backyard in Vienna, on the same plant, but different leaves - one species or two? Could the male be Protoclythia modesta and the female P. rufa?![]() ![]() Did not catch the female, so this is the best I can provide

The male cannot be Protoclythia, as the 1st hind tarsomere is shorter than the 3rd. The female appears to be Protoclythia though and I agree... it should be rufa ![]() |

The male I had meanwhile IDed as Polyporivora ornata, the wing venation seems to match
