About a Chloropidae with bicoloured scutellum

Hello,
Has somebody an idea about this little Chloropidae with a bicoloured scutellum I met in my garden in the town of Lille ? I think it is different from the genus Thaumatomyia I am used to meet in this place.

Thank you, Paul, for your answer. I did not know this genus but it seems to be very good for the global appearance. Unfortunately my photo is not good enough to possibly see the orange line on the middle of the black stripe...
