Hello, I want to ask the ID of this Miltogramminae photographed on Jul 11, 2020.

The fly was found on a sandy opening, hovering near Stizus pulcherrimus wasp(Hymenoptera:Crabronidae). Stizus pulcherrimus wasp hunts grasshoppers in the family Acrididae, and as long as I found, hunts mainly for Ognevia longipennis and Megaulacobothrus aethalinus, and Mongolotettix japonicus.

This fly showed the characteristic 'Satellite' behavior, and found entering the hole of Stizus pulcherrimus while the wasp went out for hunting.

Is it possible to narrow down to the genus or species level?
