That thin loop at the tail end looks like the male sexual organ of Tephritoidea, and the wings are consistent with that superfamily. Coming to light suggests a nocturnal species, and the genus Leptopyrgota of the mostly nocturnal family Pyrgotidae has an enlarged antenna and similar wing.

Hello blackdogto,

With the cell cup looking like it does, the long slender body and these kinds of antennae. I'd say Pyrgotidae.
