I do not know the exact name of the plant, it was Asteraceae with yellow flowers. Maybe it was Hieracium umbellatum or something similar. |

If your plant ID is correct, this is likely Phytomyza. It is not Liriomyza (bright yellow and black species) or Ophiomyia (different subfamily).
