Hello, I'm skero74 (my old username).
I am proud to announce that we have finished a photographic guide about the 'Dragonflies and Damselflies of Europe'.

http://biodiversi...ndbooks-7/

http://www.insect...nstore.htm

For the first time ever, this book contains images and photographs of all the 143 European species having a stable population with chapters about their anatomy, biology, behaviour, distribution range and period of flight, plus basic information about the vagrants with only a few sightings reported. On the whole, 700 photographs and 40 drawings are included. For each species there is a chapter including a description, a distribution map and 4 photographs, one or two of which are provided with arrows pointing to the distinctive characters of the dragonfly. Also included are photographs with insets with magnified details to be observed. A simple yet detailed guide suitable both for beginners and more expert readers who wish to improve their knowledge of the order Odonata.

Best greetings
