Neuroptera, Hemerobiidae? I do not know what characters distinguish Chrysopidae. I am going by general appearance.

This specimen resembles the figure in Fraser's RES Handbook (1959) of Nathanica (now = Nothochrysa) capitata, so I think it's likely to be in Nothochrysinae (Chrysopidae).

Two specialists Catherine Tauber and Tomi Kumpulainen determined it: cf. Micromus sp. (Hemerobiidae).
Thaks for both.
