Sawfly for sure, family Tentthredinidae also, and genus Tenthredo as ver probable. But, the species.... I don't know Sad

It resembles a female Tenthredo amoena (obviously, the males have differently coloured hindlegs). The striping of the abdomen is said to be very variable. Compare the many pictures in the gallery under www.rutkies.de/tenthredo/index.html
