Hi, i think this my first non diptera post. i will try not to come too often with them. this was a small hymenoptera (i think no more than 10mm) (like an Ichneumnid... or maybe it is). but maybe because of the particular looks can be IDed photo taken in 19.july.2007 in a steppe like habitat, close to a smal river. thanks in advance, cosmln cosmln attached the following image:  [67.66Kb] |

Hello! Braconidae. I had also taken some pictures from it few weeks ago in my garden. Difficult to identify only from photos but someone told me that it might belong to genera Bracon. |

Also very difficult to identify by specimens, and recently very few or no specialists in Central Europe. Nice Photo! Regards, Christian |
