Hello,
can anybody ID the Syrphidae on the picture? Found yesterday on a white umbrella stand in my garden.
SW Germany, Baden-Württemberg, Region Heilbronn, about 245mNN.

This is a Helophilus pendulus with a slightly aberrant yellow spot on the left side.
