Cold and wet whether finished my main "specialisatin" - Odonata, and pose more Diptera questins, sorry. 4-5mm

Was this photo taken near a fast-flowing river? I am thinking of Limnophora riparia, a species found only near wet moss in rapids. But if it isn't that, then some other i]Limnophora[/i]

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
