 I'd appreciate any help to identify this Tipulid, seen on a fallen tree in mixed woodland in SE England. https://flic.kr/p/vs2GHG

 Thank you very much. This species is Nationally Notable in Britain, with few records in SE England.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
