Probably Bibio marci: all black, short inner spur on front tibia, r-m a bit shorter than base of Rs, clear wing with anterior veins much darker.

thanks John, for ID and identification keys.
so my suspicion was correct, i also saw the anterior veins with darker color and this species i thinks it's the most common Bibio sp. in central Europe.
