This leaf hopper was in my garden (Koudekerke, Walcheren, The Netherlands) yesterday. It maesures 5 mm. Could this be Stenocranus minutus (Delphacidae)?

Stenocranus sp., probably S. minutus (Delphacidae)[/i] - see big spurs on tibia III - hibernating and very common in spring.

A Dutch expert told me that it is the Delphax pulchellus.
