Just today I have finally been told I can attend the ICD7 in San José. Anyone willing and daring enough to share a room with me there?

i noticed the question mark in place of a letter e with a grave accent in the place name of San Jose at International Congress of Dipterology 7 topic.

the culprit is: meta http-equiv='Content-Type' content='text/html; charset=utf-8
if the php, html, css or js files are saved as ansi (iso) format, then the character set should be iso-8859-1 instead of utf-8.

One of the left-overs from a migration to another server in the past. There are others in the forum and Gallery. When I come across them and they are important enough, then I correct them. Otherwise, I do not bother. Pfft
