Ok, can't see the reason, here seems to work ok, but here:

look at the bottom , whatewer I do '&' gets converted to '?'
same applays to my signature & converts to ?

Well, if it is all sorted then I will not have to investigate. The source probably lies with the system trying to yield proper html without validation errors. That means that some characters may have to be converted when stored in the database and to be reconverted when dispayed on a page.
