Nobody said me that it's impossible to identify bibionids by photo... so I continue trying it despite of the unresolved previous attempts.

Maybe the species with orange females are easier?

Yesterday. La Peņa, Huesca, NE Spain. Pre-pyrenees, 500 meters. Lots of them in the flowers of Euphorbia characias and Euphorbia serrata.

If it was flying here I would say Bibio anglicus, because they have very orange females ... but not sure if you have it in the south of Europe Smile

Maybe Bibio hortulanus, they are common pests in Hungary.

Thanks, I thinked in hortulanus due to the orange female... but can be mistakable species?

Both species have orange females, the wing venation is different. This is hortulanus.
