Having sent Paul my one and only Platypezid to date I have just found 2 different species in my Beabies (mixed BeechxAbies forest at 1150 m) site here in Northern Greece, Malaise trap 3rd to 9th November 2008. Female Polyporivora, a dorsal view would help to decide which species. |

THERE is something odd in wing venation. Did you notice the triangle?  Another variation among the individuals!  Look at the crossvein DM-Cu. |

Believe it or not Jorge I did actually notice that when I keyed it out to family. Did you notice that I had a Ph. scutellaris with an extra F-bristle on one side in another post yesterday . The world of insects is full of wierd individuals my friend. |
