Hi, this Ephydridae was observed to day on Nympheas leafs from a private pond (near the town of Sens, Yonne department, France). It seems to me that Notiphila is probably the good genus. Is it possible to get the species. All my thanks for your help. I don't think you can ID this to species - you need to see the setae on the face to start with. James |
