Yep, Cyrtopogon sp. Someone more familiar with the European species may be able to help more.

Hello, this is Cyrtopogon lapponicus or lateralis, you have just these two completely black-legged species.

Then it should be lateralis, because lapponicus is very rare only in northern Finland and Jyväskylä is in middle Finland.
