Not Bibio femoralis, which has the first tarsomere of the hind leg swollen and bicolored.

Edit: I take that back. The dorsal shot makes the tarsomere look dark, but the other shot makes it look black-tipped.

I was confused as well. Date strongly suggests femoralis and it looks actually OK, in the end.
