Hi Karola, I think, this female could be Bibio cf. lanigerus:
- small species, thorax black
- wings brownish yellow, stigma hardly visible
- legs reddish
- halteres black

thank you for the hints. Bibio johannis also looks similar, at least for my eyes.

Yes, but female B. johannis have "wings nearly transparent, stigma distinct, pronotum centre black, sides reddish yellow..."
