Hi,

I took a picture of a large fly on leaf just below a birch tree in our garden.

My guess is that it could be a female of Trixa conspersa. Can that be confirmed or excluded from the attached image?

Germany, Southern Bavaria, Munich (-West), 05.08.2022, app. 10-12 mm

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
