Fly in wet meadow near pond, Odontomyia tigrina ? (CH)

Dear all,
on 29.05.2022 I found these flies in a wet meadow immediately next to a small pond in Thurauen near Flaach in Switzerland. Can you confirm that this is Odontomyia tigrina, or can you correct me?
