Ukraine, Rivne region, on May 15. I assume that the photo shows a male Bibio, but the definition of the species is more difficult, but in the gallery, not all species have a pronounced dark spot on the wings. I noticed two similar ones: Bibio ferruginatus and Bibio reticulatus ...
