Hello!
Can you give this fly from August 20, 2021 (from Leipzig, Saxony, Germany) a name?
I have never seen such a strange insect before.

This is a male Ceratopoginid midge, maybe Forcipomyia, but others will surely correct me. Change the title to Certatopogonidae.
