Hi, Is it possible to ID these two Minettia's. Could it be Minettia desmometopa.
Both found in the dunes, Holland (may and june 2020)

Hind femur mostly yellowish.

So would agree with lupulina

In desmometopa the black on the scutellum does not extend onto the dorsal suface.
