does anyone know how mosquitos produce that sound? I?ve seen many photos of them but never distinguished any special structure different from non-buzzing ones.
I supose it won?t be a way to call the female /male because in tabanidae males die soon after mating and females keep buzzing
?
thanks in advance

Some flies preserved in ethanol and then pinned often get the eyes sunken, how can this be avoided? Best answer: I usually keep alcohol-collected material in alcohol

Yes, dipterologists from far abroad, please buy your copy at veldshop. Stamps will be expensive, but he, the book is unreasonably cheap Smile
