Hi, I think the tibiae color points toward the pair Tolmerus cingulatus / Tolmerus cowini. 09-VIII-2019, Corrèze, Limousin, France Precise location is available here : https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/36908751

Femur 1 appear very dark, so it must be Tolmerus cowini |

Strange little Tolmerus, cowini has bright red ring just before the apex of the front femur. It is not there. I dare not agree or disagree...
