Hi there,

is an ID (to genus or species) possible in this case?

Seen in: Germany, Baden-Württemberg, Landkreis Waldshut, Albtal near Albbruck, walking on moss, 8,7mm, 26.December 2019

I think it's a Hylemya (plumose arista, costal spine, discals on some tergites).
