Could anybody help me to identify this fly on an older picture?

14.7.2015, Slovakia, Zlatno, 800 m.a.s.l., riparian gallery.

It looks simmilar to Melieria picta, but the markings on the wings are much sharper, I have no idea if this matters.

Thank you, you are probably right. Pallopteridae, then.

I found this characteristic: a "double spot" on the vein tp.
Plus mesopleuron should be haired, whole in Palloptera umbellatarum the mesopleuron is bare.

I am not sure, whether it is visible from my picture.
