Hello! Observation from October 2nd, 2017 on Vancouver Island, Canada. Habitat: on the edge of the wood next to the beach (Long Beach, Pacific Rim National Park). Could it be Sericomyia chrysotoxoides? Thank you in advance!

Yes, male Sericomyia for sure, but not sure if chrysotoxoides or other....
