Possibly Cophura sp.; or possibly Metapogon gilvipes? (defining characters not in focus). Where in California?

Ops, I missed precise date. San Diego, north of La Jolla. About 10-11 mm lenght.

Sorry -- doesn't help enough. (Need detail on tips of anterior tibiae & dorsum of abdomen).
