Slovenia, adriatic sea. What is white is realy transparent, white plastic for backhround. The outer edge of body moves in wave like manner. Tidal area. Batoidea mybe ... I'd say this is a Solea species, but there are several species in the Adriatic, and I think it would be difficult to identify the young stages.
