Slovenia, adriatic sea. What is white is realy transparent, white plastic for backhround.
The outer edge of body moves in wave like manner. Tidal area.

I'd say this is a Solea species, but there are several species in the Adriatic, and I think it would be difficult to identify the young stages.

Solea solea=Solea vulgaris praobaly by available data on Slovenia sea.
