is it possible to determine the shown fly, sitting on an rose blossom?

Body length: about 5 mm.

Location: Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Kiel, garden, September 14, 2019, 4.00 pm (photo: Joachim Das)

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
