It seems that I can see 2 stripes of longer/darker hairs on the eyes, that would mean E. tenax...It's a pity I can't see the leg 3.

Hello Mihailo,
except from whole "look like E. tenax" you can see stripes in one of the eye. It is not very clear, but they are in the perfect place for Eristalis tenax. So I would not be afraid to call it E. tenax, female.
