Hi a coworker if mine found this fly while doing field work in Germany and we could use some help with the identification. I think it might be a sphaerophoria but I'm not sure enough to tell her to go with that genus. So I would really appreciate any input from you all.

And I apologise for the limited image quality.

you are right. This is female of some sphaerophoria species. :-)
