This is interesting...... Keyed out to Laphria benardi description fits perfectly including brownish third antennal segment. According to Engel known from Corsica. The species is now regarded as a subspecies from L. bomboides and according to Fauna Europeae only known from French mainland(?) It seems to me there is a lot of work to do in Southern europe and that is exiting.
