A paper on

"A simple method for slide-mounting chironomid hypopygia in lateral view (and for similar preparations)"

can be found in vol. 26 (2013) of the

"CHIRONOMUS Newsletter on Chironomidae Research".

The latter is published yearly (in the fall to early winter), and is open access; research articles in it are subject to peer review.
