Take a look at Brachypalpus sp. You might find the answer.

There are several Brachypalpus sp, and I have no idea how much they resemble each other. Obviously they look quite distinctive than, so this must be another male B. valgyus, slihjtly more worn, therefore less hairy than the other fly in my recent threads.
