The photo was taken in Costa Rica, several hundred meters' elevation. Seen frequently, always sitting on tree bark. Any ideas what it might be? Thanks!

I think Ropalomera, type genus of another purely New World family. |

Almost certainly Ropalomera (rather than Willistoniella also occurring in Costa Rica), judging from the face shape.
