Found dead floating in water near a spring (Iberian Peninsula: Catalonia: Girona province: Beuda: Font de Rajolins; UTM31T DG7477, 350 m.) on 24th july 2006

The recently dead specimen has at least two coloured bands on eyes. Frontal índex=4.5; total lenght=16.5 mm
Correction: IF is really about 5.5
