 this fly was on burdock in woods. Any suggestions which family?

 many thanks. Would you say there's enough detail visible to say whether or not it might be Neuroctena?

 Repost as Unknown Dryomyzid and that'll most certainly get attention. I personally would have said Neuroctena but then I ain't no expert by any means
