Limnia paludicola?

This fly was seen on 07/06/2012 in Mol, Belgium.

I think it is a female Limnia paludicola (because of the dark stripe on the thoracic dorsum), but I only have this photo.
Is it possible to say if it is correct? Or can't I bee sure?
