Floating on Chichester Canal, which technically counts as within a city but, to be fair, it's more like suburbs... 14 April 2012. with the unsprung antennae, is it another emergent? Because once fished out (as much for my interest as its health and safety) it seemed quite determined to stay on my hand. Decent vegetation surrounding canal.
