Dear all, from a nursery I got a picture of an insect on a yellow sticky trap, used to monitor for e.g. Sciaridae. There are many unknown insects of one type, which I was asked to identify. However, I am not able to do so. Is it possible to ID it although the picture quality is very low? Thanks in advance Thomas Thomas Brand attached the following image: ![]() [43.17Kb] |

A male Chironomid midge maybe, but maybe I'm only suggesting an ID because I am a novice! |
