Tachinidae Smidtia conspersa?

It looks pretty good to me (hairy parafacial, hairy eyes and orange scutellum, orange palps(?)) but I don't see many of them myself - Erikas might confirm though

The palps do look to be orange from what I can see. I saw it a few times in 2010, once last year and 2009. Funny thing is they are all from 12th, 13th & 14th April! The cold weather must have delayed them this year.
